You apply

Either path takes ~4 minutes. We confirm receipt the same day, but our membership committee meets twice monthly to review applications.

We meet

A casual call or zoom. We get to know you, you ask anything you want about the club. Curating the community is the most important thing we do, so this step matters to both of us.

You’re in

Welcome to the network. Compass makes your first introductions and shows you what’s coming up. From there, the best part begins, the first text from someone you didn’t know last week, asking who’s in for Saturday.
