• 🌅: ⁠Meet Bright & Early @ 7:30 am | Depart @ 7:35 am

• 📍: Prospect Park, we’ll meet at the Four Eagles Monument (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Akrn2xgjVXvXzaZP8)

• ⁠🏃‍♂️: Depending on the group we have, we’ll do a loop or two around the park…maybe mix in a few sprints!
