Our trips are organized with a curated group of subject matter experts, thought leaders, and those that are adventurous at heart.
Trip Overview 📌
Every year, The Adventure Society takes on the Breakneck Point Trail Runs in Beacon, NY—a grueling yet rewarding race that challenges even the most seasoned trail runners. With options for a half or full marathon, this event offers stunning views of the Hudson Valley and some of the most technical trails in the Northeast. As a group, we’ll register together, train side by side, and provide encouragement leading up to race day.
On race day, our camaraderie will shine as we tackle steep ascents, rugged terrain, and the thrill of crossing the finish line. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply looking to test your limits, this annual tradition is the perfect way to embrace the spirit of adventure and community.

There are two distance options, so choose the one that challenges you the most.
Half: 13.1 Miles with ~4,400’ vertical gain
Full: 26.4 Miles with ~8,600’ vertical gain
